为研究钢筋中强再生混凝土梁在长期荷载下的徐变性能,通过对再生粗骨料取代率为0%,33%,66%,100%的7根再生钢筋混凝土梁进行长期变形试验研究,分析了再生骨料取代率以及持荷水平对再生混凝土梁徐变的影响。梁截面尺寸为200 mm×300 mm,长3 300 mm,净跨3 000 mm;再生混凝土设计强度等级为C35-C45;试验已进行了275 d。研究表明:再生粗骨料混凝土梁徐变略大于普通混凝土梁,跨中刚度未受明显影响;再生混凝土梁挠度增大系数建议在普通混凝土梁挠度增大系数的基础上乘以1.1的修正系数。
In order to study the creep behavior of reinforced medium strength recycled concrete beams under long-term load, the long-term deformation test of seven regenerated RC beams with recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate of 0%, 33%, 66% and 100% The effect of recycled aggregate substitution rate and holding load on the creep of recycled concrete beams was analyzed. Beam section size 200 mm × 300 mm, length 300 mm, net span 3000 mm; recycled concrete design strength grade C35-C45; test has been carried out for 275 d. The results show that the creep of recycled coarse aggregate concrete beam is slightly larger than that of ordinary concrete beam, and the midspan stiffness is not affected obviously. The coefficient of deflection of recycled concrete beam is suggested to be multiplied by the correction factor of 1.1 on the basis of the deflection increase coefficient of ordinary concrete beam.
