大白菜“干烧心”病是一种生理病害。在国外,早在1960年前后日本、美国、荷兰等国先后都发表甘兰,白菜“干烧心”病的报道,近几年来我国各大白菜产区都受到不同程废“干烧心”病的为害。据1982年6月6日中国农业科学院蔬菜研究所在北京召开的大白菜“干烧心”病座谈会初步统计,一般发病率在30-50%,严重的达80-100%,并且有逐年发展的趋势,会议认为应列为全国重点研究协作课题研究解决。
