用各种塑料薄膜制作的包装容器都必须具有一定的机械强度及隔绝水份、氧气等性能,以保证对所包装的内容物起到良好的防护作用。在薄膜的强度上,一般地说针孔性并未受到重视,可是一旦出现针孔,就会招致内容物的吸潮、氧化、生锈或受细菌污染而造成的变质腐败。因此,掌握及了解发生针孔的机理,研制具有抗针孔性的薄膜是极为重要的。 1.针孔发生的主要原因①由于装卸时的冲撞及器械工具或干硬食品的突出部分与薄膜碰击; ②由于运输中颠波震动而引起薄膜的局部弯曲疲劳; ③由于薄膜容器在瓦楞纸箱内不断受到震动磨擦而引起的薄膜磨损等等。
