This paper presents a new method to improve the performance of edge-scan-edge tracking (TWS) radar detection and tracking in three parts. The first part outlines the current situation in this regard. In this section, Part 2, we show how to use tracker information to improve detection performance. Then a new multi-target tracking algorithm that can track maneuvering targets in clutter is given. Since this algorithm is specifically designed, the results on the combinatorial problems provided in the literature can be applied. This article also discusses the issues related to implementation and proposes the full potential of a multiprocessor architecture to implement this algorithm. The third part will give the TWS radar system Luneng the most evaluation of the derivation. Also gives how to optimize the performance of the problem.
