目的:建立测定鸡血藤中微量元素含量的分析方法。方法:用HNO3+HClO4(3+1)混合酸作为消解剂进行样品消化,利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法进行测定。结果:鸡血藤中Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu的含量分别为624.85、132.77、49.90、23.80、20.72μg/g,加标回收率(n=6)在97.15%~105.6%之间,各元素的相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)为0.21%~0.89%。结论:该方法是一种快速、灵敏、准确的分析方法,可以为鸡血藤的进一步研究提供科学依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trace elements in Millettia. Methods: The samples were digested with mixed acid of HNO3 + HClO4 (3 + 1) as digestion reagent and determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Results: The contents of Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu in Millettia were 624.85,132.77,49.90,23.80 and 20.72μg / g, respectively. The recoveries of standard addition (n = 6) ranged from 97.15% to 105.6% The relative standard deviation of each element RSD (n = 6) was 0.21% ~ 0.89%. Conclusion: This method is a fast, sensitive and accurate analytical method that can provide a scientific basis for the further study of Millettia.
