目的建立化瘀通脉汤剂的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,以评价化瘀通脉汤剂的质量。方法采用大连依利特Hypersil ODS2C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05%甲酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量:1.0mL/min;检测波长:280nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:20μL。测定了12批化瘀通脉汤剂并进行指纹图谱分析。结果建立了丹参水溶性成分指纹图谱共有模式,显示14个共有峰,指认了阿魏酸、丹酚酸B2个特征峰。结论指纹图谱色谱图中各个峰分离度较好,特征明显,可做为化瘀通脉汤的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of Huayu Tongmai Decoction in order to evaluate the quality of Huayu Tongmai decoction. The method was performed on Dalian Hyperlite ODS2C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.05% formic acid, gradient elution; volume flow rate: 1.0mL/min; detection wavelength: 280nm; column temperature: 30°C; Injection volume: 20 μL. Twelve batches of Huayu Tongmai decoction were determined and fingerprint analysis was performed. Results A common pattern of fingerprints of water-soluble constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza was established, showing 14 common peaks, identifying two characteristic peaks of ferulic acid and salvianolic acid B. Conclusion The chromatograms in the chromatograms of Fingerprints have good resolution and distinct characteristics and can be used as quality control standards for Huayu Tongmai Decoction.
