南堡12-X168井为冀东油田二号岛第1口大位移井,完钻井深为5 040 m,最大井斜为72.4°,位移达3 802.33 m,水垂比为1.49,钻穿长度为1 068 m的玄武岩地层。该井三开、四开选用氯化钾成膜封堵低侵入钻井液体系(BH-KSM),BH-KSM钻井液具有良好的抑制成膜封堵能力,通过加入聚胺抑制剂、低渗透封堵剂BZ-DFT,将中压滤失量控制在3 mL,密度为1.25 g/cm3就可以平衡地层压力;KCl含量保持在5%~7%之间,抗盐包被抑制剂BZ-BBJ含量为0.2%~0.3%,同时补充聚胺抑制剂和仿沥青、聚合醇,使泥饼有良好的成膜特性。该体系能解决冀东地区馆陶组玄武岩坍塌、东营组掉块问题,是深井、大位移井的首选体系。
