肾胚胎瘤又称Wilm’s瘤或肾母细胞瘤。是婴幼儿常见的恶性肿瘤。国外有关该肿瘤的组织学分型与预后的关系,进行过较多的探讨,而国内则报道甚少。现把我们所收集的25例肾胚胎瘤的临床病理加以分析,并部分进行了随访。材料和方法 25例肾胚胎瘤除了两例标本为外院送检外,其余23例(肿瘤医院16例,儿童医院7例)均为两院自1966年至1984年住院病人的手术切除标本。经10％福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋,HE染色,进行组织学观察。
Kidney embryo neoplasms, also known as Wilm’s tumor or Wilms tumor. Is a common malignant tumor in infants and young children. Abroad, the histological classification of the tumor and the relationship between prognosis, conducted more discussion, while the domestic report is very small. The clinical pathology of 25 cases of renal tumors we collected were analyzed and some of them were followed up. MATERIALS AND METHODS Twenty-five cases of renal embryo neoplasia except the two specimens were sent for examination. The remaining 23 cases (tumor hospital 16 cases, children’s hospital 7 cases) were all hospitalized patients from 1966 to 1984 in both hospitals. The cells were fixed in 10% formalin, embedded in paraffin and stained with HE for histological observation.
