在研究了EMS、面向对象技术,数据库技术和网络技术的最新发展的基础上,阐述了超高压电网负荷预测软件的设计思想及具体实现,从而实现了负荷预测理论在实际中的应用。文章首先就EMS负荷预测软件的总体设计思想、数据库的建立以及与SCADA数据库接口连接进行阐述,然后详细的论述了负荷预测的数学建模、计算结果存储等方法。所阐述的方法同样适用于潮流计算,短路电流计算,网络重构等重要功能。
On the basis of studying the latest development of EMS, object-oriented technology, database technology and network technology, the design idea and realization of EHV power load forecasting software are expounded. The application of load forecasting theory in practice is realized. First of all, the article describes the overall design idea of EMS load forecasting software, the establishment of database and the connection with SCADA database, and then elaborates the mathematical modeling of load forecasting and the storage of calculation results. The method described also applies to power flow calculation, short circuit current calculation, network reconfiguration and other important functions.
