分析了中国技术经济及管理学科在NSFC项目资助下所开展的科研合作行为在时空棱镜中的运动轨迹及规律,并着重考察了距离对科研合作的影响。在中国知网个人图书馆上检索2000-2013年该学科在所获NSFC项目资助下合作发表的学术论文,将所采集到的论文数据录入技术经济及管理学科基础研究项目数据库中并提取相关信息。基于此对本文所提出的两个假设进行了验证,利用引力模型开展静态与动态相结合的面板分析,发现科研合作在短期内存在距离效应、自我效应、寻他效应,在长期里则呈现出滞后效应。总体来说,就中国技术经济及管理学科而言,NSFC除了鼓励国际(地区)科研合作,更应着重鼓励国内合作以形成良性运作的科研合作系统。
This paper analyzes the trajectories and laws of scientific cooperation carried out by China’s Technical Economics and Management under the auspices of the NSFC project in spacetime prisms, and examines the impact of distance on the cooperation in scientific research. Retrieve the academic papers jointly published by CNCD from 2000 to 2013 under the NSFC project and record the collected papers into the database of basic research projects of the technical economics and management discipline and extract relevant information . Based on this, the two hypotheses proposed in this paper are validated and the static and dynamic panel analysis combined with gravity model shows that there is distance effect, self-effect and seeking effect in the short-term, and in the long run, Hysteresis effect. In general, NSFC, in addition to encouraging international (regional) scientific research cooperation, should focus more on encouraging domestic cooperation in order to form a benign and operational scientific research cooperation system in China’s technology economy and management discipline.
