目的探讨缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosisfactor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinases-9,MMP-9)水平的变化。方法采用ELISA法检测49例HIE患儿(轻度22例,中度15例,重度12例)(HIE组)和20例正常新生儿(对照组)血清TNF-α、IL-1β、MMP-9水平并进行相关分析。结果 HIE组血清IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-9高于对照组(P<0.05);HIE组TNF-α、IL-1β和MMP-9水平于出生后12h明显增加(P<0.05),TNF-α与IL-1β水平24h达高峰,MMP-9水平48h达高峰,之后开始下降;MMP-9与TNF-α、IL-1β水平正相关(r=0.582、r=0.724,P<0.05)。结论 IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-9参与了HIE的发生、发展。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) Matrix metalloproteinases -9 (MMP-9) levels. Methods Serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and MMP-9 in 49 HIE children (mild 22, moderate 15, severe 12) and 20 normal newborns (control group) 9 levels and related analysis. Results The levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-9 in HIE group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and MMP- The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β reached the peak at 24 h and the peak of MMP-9 reached peak at 48 h, then began to decrease. The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were positively correlated with MMP-9 (r = 0.582, 0.05). Conclusion IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-9 are involved in the occurrence and development of HIE.
