采用改进的溶胶凝胶法低温回流制备TiO2水溶胶,水溶胶烘干后进行XRD和红外表征。以生产聚对苯撑苯并双?唑(PBO)纤维单体过程中产生的含有2-氯-4,6-二硝基间苯二酚的废水为研究对象表征催化剂的光催化活性。结果表明:低温回流下制备的二氧化钛为锐钛矿二氧化钛。最佳工艺条件:沉降pH为8~9,回流温度为100℃,回流时间为6 h时催化剂的光催化活性最好,酚的降解率高达97.7%。
The modified sol-gel method was used to prepare TiO2 hydrosol at low temperature. The sol was dried and characterized by XRD and IR. The wastewater containing 2-chloro-4,6-dinitroresorcin produced in the process of producing poly (p-phenylenebenzobiszole) (PBO) as monomer was used to characterize the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst. The results show that the titanium dioxide prepared under low temperature reflux is anatase titanium dioxide. The optimal conditions were as follows: pH value of sedimentation was 8 ~ 9, reflux temperature was 100 ℃, the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst was the best when the reflux time was 6 h, and the degradation rate of phenol was as high as 97.7%.
