大黄含有蒽醌类成分,其中结合型与游离型蒽醌含量之比,为衡量其致泻与否的有效指标。所以,测定其成分的含量,对于评价大黄质量的优劣具有重要意义。根据大黄中的游离蒽醌成分具升华的性质,用重量法对升华物进行了测定。方法如下: 首先将药材粉碎过120目筛,精密称取重量为W(g)。然后放于石棉网上的小铁片上,尽量使其均匀。再精密称定重量为W_1的新华定量滤纸,其长×宽=4×6cm~2,折叠成无盖的长方形,倒置于药材上方,但不得使药材接触滤纸。点燃酒精灯加热数分钟,冷却数分钟,至新华滤纸稍干后,小心取出滤纸,再精密称定滤纸重量为W_2。则
