为了实现石油工业的现代化,急需提供大量新型钻井设备,尤其是陆地深井钻机和海上钻井设备。我国过去根据旧标准ZJ411—60所设计制造的2000米、3200米和5000米钻机,其基本参数比世界先进水平落后很多,如钻机的最大起重量较低,致使钻机的机动性很差,又如其泵压偏低,阻碍了喷射钻井新工艺的推广。近年来我国进口一部分外国钻机,它们在参数制定和选用上也莫宗一是,为了避免混乱现象,急需制订我国钻机系列和基本参数的新标准,以作为发展新钻机的依据。但是,过去编制钻机参数时大多采用经验统计法,科学根据较少,本文试图概括说明参数确定的工艺基础,揭示工艺参数与钻机参数、主参数与其他
In order to modernize the oil industry, there is an urgent need to provide a large number of new drilling equipment, especially land deep drilling rigs and offshore drilling equipment. In the past, the basic parameters of 2000m, 3200m and 5000m rigs designed and manufactured according to the old standard ZJ411-60 were much behind the world advanced level. For example, the maximum lifting capacity of drilling rigs is relatively low, which makes the drilling rigs poorly maneuverable. If the pump pressure is low, hinder the promotion of jet drilling new technology. In recent years, China has imported some foreign drilling rigs. In the process of formulation and selection of parameters, Mo Zongyi is also the first choice. In order to avoid chaos, it is urgent to formulate a new standard for drilling rig series and basic parameters in our country as a basis for the development of new drilling rigs. In the past, however, rigorous statistical methods were mostly used in compiling drilling rig parameters with few scientific bases.
