利用聚合物的不同溶解性,研究用旋涂方法制备双层高分子白光二极管(WPLED),采用器件结构为:ITO/PEDOT(50nm)/PVK:PFO-BT:PFO-DBT(40nm)/PFO(40nm)/Ba(4nm)/Al(120nm),当相对比例为PVK:PFO-BT:PFO-DBT=1∶4%:3%时,得到标准白光,最大电流效率为2.4cd/A,最大亮度为3215cd/m2,色坐标为(0.33,0.34).用水溶性的聚电介质层修饰阴极界面,器件效率可以进一步提高到5.28cd/A,色度坐标仍保持在(0.34,0.36),同时器件表现出较好的光谱稳定性.
Using the different solubility of the polymer, a double-layer polymer white light diode (WPLED) was prepared by spin coating. The structure of the device is ITO / PEDOT (50nm) / PVK: PFO- BT: PFO-DBT (40nm) / Ba (4nm) / Al (120nm). When the relative ratio is PVK: PFO-BT: PFO-DBT = 1: 4%: 3%, standard white light is obtained. The maximum current efficiency is 2.4 cd / The maximum brightness is 3215cd / m2 and the color coordinate is (0.33,0.34) .The device efficiency can be further improved to 5.28cd / A with the water-soluble polyelectrolyte layer modified cathode interface, the chromaticity coordinates remain at (0.34,0.36) The device shows better spectral stability.
