人力资源管理是实践性的艺术,各个组织中的员工千差万别,因此美国学者认为只有人力资源管理系统没有人力资源管理模式。但是国内学者把人力资源管理系统理解为人力资源管理模式。人力资源管理系统是否为人力资源模式?什么是人力资源管理模式?实践中存在哪些人力资源管理模式?影响我们选择人力资源管理模式的主要因素有哪些?本文力求通过文献研究与专家访谈,分别对上述理论问题作出自己的解释,认为人力资源管理模式不但是客观存在的,而且在目前的人力资源管理实践中存在16种人力资源管理模式与8个主要选择因素。我们对于人力资源管理模式的研究,不是要把人力资源管理的行为进行固化与统一化,而是为了减少我们在人力资源管理实践中的盲目性与重复性,达到提高企业管理效率与效果的目的。
Human resources management is a practical art. The employees in each organization are very different. Therefore, American scholars believe that only the human resources management system does not have a human resource management model. However, domestic scholars understand the human resource management system as a human resource management model. Whether the human resource management system is a human resource model or not? What is a human resource management model? What human resource management models exist in practice? What are the main factors affecting our choice of human resource management model? This paper strives to conduct research through literature and interviews with experts. The above-mentioned theoretical issues make their own interpretations and argue that the human resource management model not only exists objectively, but also there are 16 human resource management models and 8 main selection factors in the current human resource management practices. Our research on human resources management mode is not to solidify and unify human resource management practices, but to reduce our blindness and repetitiveness in human resource management practices so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate management. .
