本文报道了从云南水稻土中分离并鉴定的小型真菌27种。其中新种1种,我国新记录种8种(包括稀有种),其它18种。在有关土壤真菌的主要著作中,有 Gilman,C.(1957)的 A Manual of Soil Fungi2nd ed.,Domsch,K.H.及 Gams,W.(1972)的 Fungi in Agricultural Soils 和近年出版的 Domsch et el.(1980)的 Compendium of Soil Fungi.这些著作很少有水稻土真菌的记录。戴芳澜(1979)的《中国真菌总汇》等著作汇集了大量的我国真菌名录,但也很少有水稻土真菌的记载。本文是一篇水稻土真菌的专题报告,尽管报道的真菌种类不算多,但多少是一个有意义的补充。需要指出的是,水稻土长期处在淹水的、氧化还原势低的条件下,生活在这种生境中的真菌,数量并不很低,种类也不如一般想象中的少。另一方面,这些真菌或来自有机肥料,或来自空气或流水,抑或就是土壤习居菌,不管来源如何,它们毕竟能在水田土壤中良好地生活,从而在土壤——微生物——水稻三者之间的物质循环转化过程中起着积极的作用。菌种分离用 Martin 培养基。鉴定用 PDA,PSA,Czapek 琼脂,燕麦浸液琼脂(OA)和玉米浸液琼脂(CMA)。
In this paper, 27 small fungi isolated and identified from paddy soil in Yunnan Province were reported. Among them, there are 1 new species, 8 newly recorded species (including rare species) and 18 other species in China. Among the major works on soil fungi are the Fungi in Agricultural Soils by Gilman, C. (1957) A Manual of Soil Fungi 2nd ed., Domsch, KH and Gams, W. (1972) and Domsch et el in recent years. (1980) Compendium of Soil Fungi. There is very little record of paddy soil fungi in these books. Dai Fanglan (1979), “China fungus pool” and other works have brought together a large number of mycological fungus directory, but there are few records of paddy soil fungi. This article is a special report on paddy soil fungi, although not many fungal species reported, but how much is a meaningful addition. What needs to be pointed out is that under the conditions of flooding and low redox potential, the number of fungi in this habitat is not very low and the species is not as good as what is generally imagined. On the other hand, these fungi, either from organic fertilizers or from air or run-of-river, or from soil habitat, can, after all, be able to live well in paddy soils and soil-microbes-rice The material cycle between the conversion process plays a positive role. Isolation of bacteria used Martin culture medium. PDA, PSA, Czapek Agar, Oat Infusion Agar (OA), and Maize Infusion Agar (CMA) were identified.
