我曾在摩托罗拉(中国)电子有限公司看到一幅宣传画,上面写着:“如果我们不关照顾客,将会有别人代劳”的宣传画。它告示每一个员工,在激烈的市场竞争中,如果我们不千方百计地去争取顾客,顾客必然会投入到竞争对手怀中。竞争的核心就是要赢得顾客,没有顾客,商品将失去价值,企业将无法生存发展。在我国建立完善市场经济体制的今天,这条基本原则已成为企业的经营者的共识,但企业如何赢得顾客却成为一个关键问题。
I once saw at Motorola (China) Electronics Co., Ltd. a posters that read: “If we do not care about customers, there will be others who will do their jobs.” It tells every employee, in the fierce market competition, if we do everything possible to fight for customers, customers will inevitably be put into the arms of competitors. The core of competition is to win customers, without customers, goods will lose their value, enterprises will not survive and develop. Today, in our country to establish and improve the market economic system, this basic principle has become the consensus of business operators, but how to win customers business has become a key issue.
