引言 作物小孢子发生是非常稳定的遗传行为之一。它不仅在植物胚胎学的研究中占有重要地位,而且是植物分类学、细胞遗传学和植物育种学研究的重要课题。近年来,一个以研究小孢子发生及特征为主要内容的新兴分支学科—孢粉学已经建立,并不断取得新成果。为了更有效地进行瓜类作物的育种研究和有关遗传行为的分析,我们从1974年开始对西瓜、甜瓜和黄瓜的小孢子发生进行系统的观察研究,现将观察结果初报如下。 材料和方法 供观察的瓜类作物品种,西瓜有小籽二号、24—3—4、11—2—5—3等;甜瓜
Introduction Crop microsporegenesis is one of the most stable genetic behaviors. It not only plays an important role in the research of plant embryology, but also is an important subject of plant taxonomy, cytogenetics and plant breeding. In recent years, a new branch of sporopollenology that focuses on the occurrence and characteristics of microspores has been established and new achievements have been continuously made.
