近年来,许多作者对血小板计数(PC)方法学进行子不少研究。多数人认为溶血汉优于不溶血法,而溶血法又倾向于草酸铵法及盐酸普鲁卡因法。本文采用一人、双份、两组的采血及计数法,以同种型号的显微镜、计数板、Hb吸管及同一试剂对1%草酸法和2%盐酸普鲁卡因法进行了61人份244次的比较及两法的改良。现介绍如下: 一、材料与方法 1.稀释液 (1)2%盐酸普鲁卡因溶液:取医用盐酸普鲁卡因(中国医药工业公司上海第八制药厂生产,批号680326—1)2.00 g,加蒸馏水50 ml,溶解后定容到100 ml,4℃冰箱保存。 (2)2%普鲁卡因改良液:在2%普鲁卡因溶液中加入0.1 ml甲醛溶液,混匀,备用。
