课堂教学自评估是教师通过对课堂教学的自我评价,及时了解自己在教学过程中的成绩与不足,通过自我认识、自我调节和自我改进,不断改变教学理念,使教学质量和工作水平不断得到提高。本文以艺术类英语班级隐性分级教学过程中,教师课堂教学自评估为例,阐述了教学自评估过程中的有关问题。
Self-assessment of classroom teaching is through self-evaluation of classroom teaching, teachers can keep abreast of their own achievements and shortcomings in teaching process. By self-awareness, self-regulation and self-improvement, teachers constantly change teaching philosophy so that teaching quality and working level are continuously improved . This article takes the self-assessment of teachers’ classroom teaching as an example in the class teaching of art-based English invisible grading, and expounds the related problems in teaching self-assessment.
