对TiC-50Nb钢结硬质合金的硬质相和钢基体的显微组织结构进行了透射电镜观察,结果表明该材料200℃回火与560℃回火后的TEM显微组织亚结构不同,材料基体的显微结构对其宏观力学性能有较大的影响,560℃回火时,钢基体中马氏体内部析出合金碳化物是产生二次硬化现象的主要原因,硬质相表面发生溶解析出现象,使得硬质相颗粒表面凸起,对改善硬质相与钢基体的结合强度有利。
The microstructure of the hard phase and the steel matrix of the TiC-50Nb steel bonded carbide was observed by transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the microstructure of the TEM microstructure after tempering at 200 ℃ and tempering at 560 ℃ are different, The microstructure of the material matrix has a great influence on its macroscopic mechanical properties. When tempered at 560 ℃, the carbide precipitated inside the martensite in the steel matrix is the main reason for the secondary hardening phenomenon, and the surface of the hard phase dissolves Precipitation phenomenon, making the surface of the hard phase particles bulge, to improve the bonding strength of the hard phase and the steel matrix strength.
