我院儿科自1985年9月—1987年对毛细支气管炎及支气管肺炎辅佐维生素K,对喘咳疗效观察。它们都是儿科常见的呼吸道疾病,多见婴幼婴。主要表现以喘憋及咳嗽为特点,加重病情导致死亡原因之一,所以保证呼吸道通畅,迅速控制喘憋及剧烈咳嗽是治疗本病的关键。自应用维生素K辅佐治疗对控制喘憋及咳嗽收到较为满意的疗效。现报告如下。 Pediatrics in our hospital from September 1985 to 1987 on bronchiolitis and bronchial pneumonia adjuvant vitamin K, the effect of asthma cough observation.
