【目的】检验心理保健操对缓解小学生认知负荷的作用,为实际应用提供参考依据。【方法】在安徽省某小学取样254人。实验采用不等组前测后测准实验设计,在现实情境下,实验组每天做心理保健操持续一个月,对照组正常活动,实验后比较两组不同年级被试认知负荷的变化。【结果】实验处理主效应显著,年级主效应显著,实验处理与年级的交互作用不显著,表明实验组认知负荷降低的程度在各年级上均显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】心理保健操对缓解不同年级小学生的认知负荷具有一定积极作用。
【Objective】 The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of mental health exercises on alleviating the cognitive load of primary school students and provide reference for practical application. 【Method】 A total of 254 people were sampled in a primary school in Anhui Province. In the actual situation, the experimental group did mental health gymnastics for one month, and the control group was normal. After the experiment, the changes of cognitive load of the two groups of different grades were compared. 【Result】 The main effect of experimental treatment was significant, the main effect of grade was significant, and the interaction between experimental treatment and grade was not significant, indicating that the degree of cognitive load reduction in experimental group was significantly greater than that of control group in all grades (P <0.01). 【Conclusion】 Psychological exercises have a positive effect on alleviating the cognitive load of pupils in different grades.
