目的 了解交通干道路边饭店、旅馆从业人员有关艾滋病KAP状况,探索适合该人群的健康教育方式。方法 采用匿名答卷的方式对艾滋病有关问题进行调查。结果 被调查者对艾滋病不同问题的正确回答率存在着明显差别,最高达91.87％,最低仅为32.52％;75.88％的人认为AIDS可怕,50％左右的人认为AIDS无法预防,并对病人持歧视态度;被调查者有关AIDS知识,主要来源于书籍、新闻媒介和医务人员;73.44％的人愿意获取更多的知识。结论 目前,路边店从业人员艾滋病基本知识较缺乏。需根据该人群特点,采取适宜的宣传方式开展艾滋病宣传教育。
Objective To understand the status of HIV/AIDS KAP among hotels and hotel operators on the roads and to explore ways of health education suitable for this group of people. Methods An anonymous questionnaire was used to investigate AIDS related issues. Results There were significant differences in respondents’ correct response rates to different AIDS problems. The highest rate was 91.87% and the lowest was only 32.52%. 75.88% thought that AIDS was terrible, and 50% thought that AIDS could not be prevented. Discriminatory attitudes; The respondents’ knowledge of AIDS came mainly from books, news media and medical personnel; 73.44% of them were willing to acquire more knowledge. Conclusion At present, the basic knowledge of AIDS among roadside shop employees is lacking. According to the characteristics of the population, appropriate propaganda methods should be adopted to carry out AIDS publicity and education.
