农业面源污染对农业经济可持续发展造成极大破坏,如何合理利用农业资源,减少追求经济快速增长对农业生态环境的破坏,促进农业生产转型升级成为亟待解决的问题。本文选取四川省1997~2014年农业方面的相关数据,运用环境库兹涅茨曲线分析农村面源污染要素与农业经济增长之间的内在耦合关系,得出化肥、农用薄膜和农药的面源污染与农业生产总值符合EKC曲线的拟合结果,并得出农业面源污染2011~2012年间达到拐点,说明四川省传统农业向现代农业的转型已经进入新阶段,但仍未形成面源污染与农业发展的脱钩关系。根据实证检验结果,择定具有针对性的农业面源污染的规制政策,通过技术创新和制度创新的双轮驱动,实现四川省农业经济增长与环境质量之间的协调发展。
Agricultural non-point source pollution has caused great damage to the sustainable development of agricultural economy.
