合作文化近年来受到教育学者的热切关注和讨论,它倡导校内教师与教师、教师与学生、教师与行政人员之间的合作,以促进教师、学生、学校管理人员以及学校整体的共同发展,合作被视为促进教师专业发展的重要基础。基于合作文化理论,笔者对幼儿教师的专业发展进行了深入的思考,并在合作文化视野下,对幼儿教师专业发展的合作模式进行探究,提出了相关建议。

Based on the theory of cooperative culture, the author makes a deep reflection on the professional development of kindergarten teachers and probes into the cooperative mode of Kindergarten teachers’ professional development from the perspective of cooperative culture, and puts forward some suggestions.
