儿童行为问题是儿童时期常见的行为偏倚。本研究主要对灾后学龄儿童七情应激与异常心理行为问题进行研究,采用中医心理的“七情状态背景量表”和儿童行为量表作为测量工具,对143例儿童进行测评。统计发现35例儿童存在一定程度的心理行为异常,并进行家庭养育方式回访。35例儿童中出现负性情绪(怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊)的比例占57.1%,有半数儿童父母无稳定工作,所有儿童均未曾体验与父母沟通的情境。分析认为地震对于学龄儿童心理的影响不占主导地位,家庭环境以及教育方式对儿童心理现状产生影响明显。灾区更需要倡导健康科学的家庭教育观念与方式,促进灾后儿童心理健康发育。
Children’s behavior is a common childhood behavior bias. In this study, we investigated the emotional and psychological behavior of the post-disaster school-aged children in the seven emotions, and used the psychological status quo of the seven states of emotions and the children’s behavior scale as the measurement tools to evaluate 143 children. Statistics found that 35 children have a certain degree of psychological and behavioral abnormalities, and the way of family re-visit. Among the 35 children, 57.1% had negative emotions (anger, worry, thought, compassion, fear and fear), half of them did not work steadily, and none of the children experienced the situation of communicating with their parents. The analysis shows that the earthquake does not dominate the psychology of school-age children, and family environment and education have an obvious influence on children’s psychological status. Disaster areas also need to advocate health science concept of family education and ways to promote the psychological health of children in post-disaster development.
