采用粉末冶金法制备MnZn-FeNi复合软磁材料,研究样品的软磁性能和力学性能。采用排水法、金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对烧结体的密度、微观结构和相组成进行测试分析。用物理性能综合测试仪测试样品的软磁性能,同时,测试样品的显微硬度、压缩强度等力学性能。结果表明,复合烧结软磁材料较适宜的烧结温度为1573~1673K时,能获得较优异的综合性能,初始磁导率μi=1128,饱和磁化强度Ms=4349kA/m,抗压强度σ=155MPa,维氏硬度(HV)为3689MPa。
MnZn-FeNi composite soft magnetic materials were prepared by powder metallurgy method to study the soft magnetic properties and mechanical properties of the samples. The density, microstructure and phase composition of the sintered body were tested by the method of drainage, metallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope. With the physical properties of the Tester test soft magnetic properties of the sample, at the same time, the test sample hardness, compressive strength and other mechanical properties. The results show that the optimum sintering temperature of the composite sintered soft magnetic material is 1573 ~ 1673K. The initial magnetic permeability μi = 1128, the saturation magnetization Ms = 4349kA / m, the compressive strength σ = 155MPa , Vickers hardness (HV) of 3689MPa.
