目的:探讨临床上外鼻恶性肿瘤较理想的治疗方法及其疗效。方法:15例外鼻肿瘤患者手术切除病损后,缺损区用鼻唇沟皮瓣修复,供区直接拉拢缝合,术区拆线后2~5 d采用电子线常规分割放疗,共4~5周,总照射剂量为40~50 Gy。结果:15例外鼻肿瘤患者在术后1.5~2.0年内无一例复发,鼻部形态良好,皮肤颜色、质地与鼻部皮肤一致,瘢痕不明显。结论:鼻唇沟皮瓣用于外鼻肿瘤术后缺损修复,方法简单,术后结合电子线照射治疗可有效预防肿瘤复发,是一种较好的方法。 Objective: To investigate the clinical treatment of external nasal malignant tumors and the ideal treatment. Methods: Fifteen patients with nasal neoplasm were treated with surgical resection of lesion. The defect area was repaired with the nasolabial fold flap. The area was directly sutured and sutured. , The total exposure dose of 40 ~ 50 Gy. Results: None of the 15 patients with nasal neoplasm had recurrence 1.5 to 2.0 years after operation. The shape of the nose was good, the skin color and texture were consistent with the nasal skin, and the scar was not obvious. CONCLUSION: The nasolabial fold skin flap is a good method for postoperative defect repair of nasal nasal tumor. The method is simple and postoperative combined with electron beam irradiation can effectively prevent tumor recurrence.
