对使用的结构材料采用激光辐照表面处理技术以提高其抗疲劳断裂的性能,一直是近年来研究的热点。本文的研究结果表明,在合理的激光辐照工艺参数下,对提高30CrMnSiA钢的疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值△K_(th)、延长其剩余寿命有明显的效果。可望该技术能作为延寿手段在工程构件中得到应用。
It has been a hot research topic in recent years to adopt the laser irradiation surface treatment technology to improve the anti-fatigue fracture performance of the used structural materials. The results of this paper show that under the reasonable parameters of laser irradiation, the fatigue crack growth threshold △ K_ (th) of 30CrMnSiA steel is prolonged and the remaining life is prolonged. It is expected that this technology can be applied as a life extension tool in engineering components.
