7月16日,芬兰手游商Rovio通过官方网站刊出劲爆消息:《愤怒的小鸟:星球大战Ⅱ》即将登陆移动平台,而这意味着怒鸟星战版揭开全新章节。对将自身定位为一家娱乐公司的Rovio来说,此次发布怒鸟星战版续作,用意并不仅仅在于为玩家带来新的关卡。在《愤怒的小鸟:星球大战Ⅱ》上线的同时,Rovio还将推出以游戏角色为原型的实体玩具,仿动视公司推Skylander玩偶的“智能玩具+游戏”之路,从而重新定义Rovio的品牌。
