在新形势下,全国各地实行了医疗、保险制度的改革。规范病案管理,提高病案的管理质量显得更为重要。如何使病案管理更科学、更规范,使病案管理在法律的监督下制度更健全;如何减少病案缺陷的出现,防止医疗纠纷的发生,是医院面临的新课题。
Under the new circumstances, reforms in the medical and insurance systems have been implemented throughout the country.
