循环流化床锅炉是一种高效、低污染、燃料适应性广的能源设备,问世以来,便在国内外得到迅速推广与发展。其运行特点是:炉内上升气流速度快,参与循环的颗粒浓度高;某些部件运行温度较高,且温度波动较大;不同的炉型和部件要求防磨耐火材料具有不同的传热特性。因此,采取可靠的防磨耐火技术,是保证锅炉正常运行的重要手段之一。
Circulating fluidized bed boiler is an energy equipment with high efficiency, low pollution and wide adaptability to fuel. Since its introduction, it has been rapidly promoted and developed both at home and abroad. Its operating characteristics are as follows: the ascending gas velocity in the furnace is fast and the concentration of particulates involved in the circulation is high; the operating temperature of some components is relatively high and the temperature fluctuates greatly; different types of furnaces and components require that the wear-resistant and refractory materials have different heat transfer characteristics . Therefore, to take a reliable wear-resistant fire-resistant technology is one of the important means to ensure the normal operation of the boiler.
