根据一切生物体都是带电体的原理,我们进行了香菇菌砖充电试验,探讨其生育情况。供试材料是7402菌株培养压制的菌砖,经三个月出菇后,选择24块出菇均衡的菌砖,每块1尺~2,分A、B、C三组,每组8块。2月24日将菌砖浸水12小时,取出后晾干表面水份,含水量为60~65%,然后分组逐块充电。将两根导电棒用软线连接,间隔20厘米插入菌砖,接通电源。电压为220伏,A组充电5分钟,电流强度为1.25~1.81安培;B组充电3分
