调查了长春市103名患龋儿童,103名分离出变形链球菌,阳性率为97.1%。对分得的变形链球菌用协同凝集方法鉴定血清型,结果为a型57株,占55A%;d型39株,占37.8%;c型31株,占30.1%;f型15株,占14.6%;e型13株,占12。6%;g型8株,占7,8%;b型2株,占1.9%。不同血清型变形链球菌混合感染率为57.6%。作者同时对上述结果及协同凝集方法用于鉴定变形链球菌血清型进行了讨论。
A total of 103 children with caries in Changchun City were investigated, and 103 strains of Streptococcus mutans were isolated. The positive rate was 97.1%. Serotypes were identified by co-agglutination of the isolated S. mutans, with 57 strains a (57%), 39 (37.8%), 31 strains (30.1%), f 15 strains, accounting for 14.6%; e type 13 strains, accounting for 12.6%; g type 8 strains, accounting for 7,8%; b type 2, accounting for 1.9%. The mixed infection rates of different serotypes of Streptococcus mutans were 57.6%. The authors also discussed the above results and the synergistic agglutination method for the identification of Streptococcus mutans serotypes.
