目的:为探求清开灵注射液治疗中风的机制。方法:以家兔自体血凝块复制脑出血模型,用干湿比重法及原子吸收分光光度计分别检测脑组织水份与Na~+、K~+、Ca~2+Mg~2+含量,并用伊文斯蓝(Evansblue,EB)观察血脑屏障(blood-brainbarrier,BBB)通透性变化。结果:脑血肿形成后,脑组织水、Na~+、ca~2+、EB含量明显增加,K~+、Mg~2+降低,并有过度通气的血气值变化。EB含量的升高,反映出BBB受损,通透性增高。结论:清开灵注射液能显著改善血气异常,降低BBB通透性,促进脑组织内血肿的吸收,对脑水肿有明显的防治作用。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of qingkailing injection in treating stroke. Methods: The model of intracerebral hemorrhage was reproduced with autologous blood clot in rabbits. The contents of water and contents of Na ~ +, K ~ +, Ca ~ 2 + Mg ~ 2 in brain tissue were detected by dry weight ratio and atomic absorption spectrophotometer respectively. The changes of permeability of blood-brain barrier (BBB) were observed with Evansblue (EB). Results: After the formation of cerebral hematoma, the content of Na ~ +, Ca ~ 2 +, EB in brain tissue increased obviously, while K ~ +, Mg ~ 2 + decreased and hyperventilation changed. The increase in EB reflects the impaired BBB and increased permeability. Conclusion: Qingkailing injection can significantly improve blood gas abnormalities, reduce the permeability of BBB and promote the absorption of hematoma in brain tissue, which has a significant preventive and therapeutic effect on cerebral edema.
