磨损研究与耐磨材料的应用

本文根据国外情报的分析提出在磨损研究上的一些新观点、新方法,从用户的观点分析各种不同耐磨材料的研究与应用情况。1 磨损机理分析物料在一定的工艺过程中例如传送、破碎、搅动、揉合,运动着的机械零部件会产生磨损,其中有的是由于材料自身因素产生的,有的则与工艺过程有关。但在工艺过程中影响易损件磨损的主要因素有结合表面上的相对硬度,延展性、塑性,相对速度,冲击角和冲击力五个方面。而对易损件磨损的 Based on the analysis of foreign intelligence, this paper puts forward some new ideas and new methods in the study of wear.
