客户关系管理即CRM,它的管理理论是以客户为中心发展而来的,现在市场的竞争非常激烈,发展客户关系的管理能够赢得客户,赢得市场,提高竞争力。但是有效的客户关系管理无法拜托客户的数据分析,而客户的数据分析最基本的技术和方法就是进行数据发掘。
Customer relationship management is CRM. Its management theory is based on customer. The competition in the market is very fierce now. Developing the management of customer relationship can win the customers, win the market and improve the competitiveness. However, effective customer relationship management can not provide customers with data analysis. The most basic technique and method of customer data analysis is data mining.
