采用单转轮法制做Al-5at%Fe-Ni合金薄片,并分别在500K和800K进行时效处理,研究了这类材料的组织结构、力学性能及其在时效处理过程中的变化。发现A1-5at%Fe-Ni合金经过500K 2h时效处理后,其拉伸强度达到最大值728.7MPa。这主要原因是由于经过这一处理后,从过饱合的α-Al固溶体中析出并微细了Al_3Fe,从而引起了强烈的弥散强化。
The Al-5at% Fe-Ni alloy flakes were prepared by single-rotor method and aged at 500K and 800K respectively. The microstructure and mechanical properties of these materials and their changes during the aging treatment were studied. It was found that the tensile strength of A1-5at% Fe-Ni alloy reached the maximum of 728.7MPa after 500K 2h aging treatment. This is mainly due to the fact that after this treatment, Al 3 Fe is precipitated from the supersaturated α-Al solid solution and fine dispersion strengthening is caused.
