目的:探讨贫血儿童体内微量元素铁、锌、钙、镁、铜和重金属铅的检测情况。方法:将经确诊的贫血患儿60例纳入研究对象,根据贫血程度分为轻度、中度和重度;同期抽取来体检的健康儿童60例作为对照组。对所有儿童进行微量元素和重金属铅的检测,对比观察组和对照组、观察组中轻度、中度和重度贫血患儿体内5种微量元素和血铅水平差异,分析儿童贫血和这些指标的相关性。结果:观察组患儿铁、锌和镁含量明显低于对照组,而钙和铅含量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组微量元素铜含量没有明显的差异(P>0.05)。随着贫血程度的增加,铁、锌、镁含量明显降低,钙和铅的含量明显升高,有统计学意义(P<0.05),铜的含量没有明显的变化(P>0.05);血铁、血锌与血铅浓度与血液学参数有明显的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:贫血患儿体内微量元素和铅的水平和正常儿童相比有明显的差异,贫血程度越高,微量元素和铅的水平变化越明显,血铁、血锌与血铅浓度与血液学参数有明显的相关性。
Objective: To investigate the detection of trace elements iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, copper and heavy metal lead in children with anemia. Methods: Sixty children diagnosed as anemia were included in the study. According to the degree of anemia, they were divided into mild, moderate and severe. 60 healthy children were selected as control group during the same period. The detection of trace elements and lead in all children was compared with the observation group and the control group. The differences of five trace elements and blood lead levels in children with mild, moderate and severe anemia in the observation group were observed. Correlation. Results: The contents of iron, zinc and magnesium in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the contents of calcium and lead in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). With the increase of anemia, the content of iron, zinc and magnesium decreased obviously, while the content of calcium and lead increased obviously (P <0.05), while the content of copper did not change significantly (P> 0.05) There was a significant correlation between blood zinc level and blood lead level and hematological parameters (P <0.05). Conclusion: The levels of trace elements and lead in children with anemia are significantly different from those in normal children. The higher the degree of anemia, the more obvious the changes of trace elements and lead. The levels of blood iron, blood zinc and blood lead and hematological parameters There is a clear correlation.
