本项研究以半高丛越桔‘Northsky’、‘Northblue’,矮丛越桔‘Blomidon’、‘Brun-swick’4个栽培品种为试材,进行试管苗繁殖。用经过改良的WPM培养基加0.5-1mgl~(-1)玉米素大量增殖幼枝。幼枝试管外扦插,用IBA1000、2000、3000ppm快速浸蘸法和2、5、10ppm慢速浸润法处理均能顺利生根;用塑料盘盛装腐苔藓基质,扣塑膜小棚保湿的简易设备进行试管外扦插,生根率达90%以上。研究中创造了塑料小盒冬季冷贮幼枝、透明塑料盒滤纸卷扦插吊挂空中催根等方法,更便于苗木工厂化生产。同时发现了越桔试管苗有因饥饿和冷凉而被迫的绿色休眠习性,可做为研究大量冬贮幼苗的理论依据。本文根据越桔特性提出在生态最适区建立工厂化育苗的配套培育圃。最后论证了越桔组织培养苗可以用于生产性栽培。
In this study, four cultivars of ’Northsky’, ’Northblue’, ’Blomidon’ and ’Brun-swick’ were cultivated in vitro. With a modified WPM medium plus 0.5-1mgl ~ (-1) zein proliferation of young shoots. At the same time, it was found that the green dormant habit of the test-tube plantlet of Vaccinium argentea was forced by starvation and cold, which could be used as the theoretical basis for studying a large number of winter-storage seedlings. Based on the characteristics of bilberry, this paper proposed the establishment of factory nurturing nursery in the most suitable ecological zone. The last demonstration of bilberry tissue culture seedlings can be used for productive cultivation.
