根据中企联关于“各省企业管理协会组织省百强排序工作”的指示精神,河北省企业管理协会开展了2002年度企业百强排序工作。这项工作是按照国际通行的方式进行的。凡是在河北境内注册、2002年度完成销售收入(或营业收入)达到10000万元人民币的所有独立企业(不包括行政公司)都有资格申报参加排序。属于集团公司的企业,如果其财务报表最后能被合并到母公司的财务会计报表中去,则只允许其母公司申报。候选企业主要填报4项指标:销售收入(或营业收入)、利润、资产和人数。百强企业最终的入围指标是销售收入(或营业收入),依次确定河北省2002年度企业1～100位排序。
According to the instructions issued by the China Enterprise Enterprises Association on the “Ranking of Top 100 Enterprises in Provincial Enterprise Management Associations”, Hebei Enterprise Management Association conducted the 2002 top 100 enterprises ranking. This work is done in a manner that is internationally accepted. All registered in Hebei Province, 2002 annual sales revenue (or revenue) reached 100000000 yuan of all independent enterprises (excluding administrative companies) are eligible to declare to participate in the sort. Enterprises belonging to a group company, if the final financial statements can be merged into the financial statements of the parent company, only allow their parent company to declare. Candidates fill in four main indicators: sales (or revenue), profits, assets and the number of people. The finalists of the top 100 enterprises are sales revenue (or operating income), which in turn determine the ranking of 1 to 100 enterprises in Hebei Province in 2002.
