联合站气处理区主要通过透平膨胀机将干燥、除尘、预冷后的油田伴生气温度降到-75℃左右,再通过脱乙烷塔、液化气塔进行轻重组分分离,从而生产出C1、C2组分的天然气、C3、C4组分的液化气和C5以上组分的稳定轻烃。影响液化气和稳定轻烃收率的主要原因是深冷系统温度,而浅冷系统温度的高低直接影响着深冷系统和整个精馏系统效率的高低,所以有效的降低浅冷温度是目前提高液化气和稳定轻烃收率的重要方法之一。
