目的通过组织实验室质量控制考核工作,了解所辖基层实验室的技术能力和水平,以更好地制定技术指导和培训方案,提高全市疾控实验室的检测水平。方法使用有证铅和砷标准溶液配制不同浓度的两个合成质控水样,每个单位随机发放一个;要求依照《生活饮用水标准检验方法》中相应的仪器检测方法对水样中铅和砷含量进行检测;测定结果用标准值±不确定度评价法进行评价,分为满意、不满意两种结论。结果此次对郑州市全市11家疾控实验室水质检验质控考核中,铅、砷质控结果总体满意率分别为54.50%、45.50%;通过查验上报的资料,发现不少问题需要修正。结论本次考核满意率较低,全市疾病预防控制中心实验室技术水平有较大的差异,部分单位实验室人员的基础理论知识和业务能力有待提高。
Objective To understand the technical capabilities and levels of grassroots laboratories under the jurisdiction of the organization through laboratory quality control assessment so as to better formulate technical guidance and training programs and improve the detection level of the city’s disease control laboratories. Methods Two synthetic quality control water samples with different concentrations were prepared by using certified lead and arsenic standard solutions and one was randomly distributed in each unit. According to the corresponding instrument detection method in Standard Test Method for Domestic Drinking Water, Arsenic content of the test; measurement results using the standard value of uncertainty evaluation method for evaluation, divided into satisfactory and unsatisfied two conclusions. Results The overall satisfaction rates of quality control of lead and arsenic in the quality control tests of 11 disease control laboratories in Zhengzhou City were 54.50% and 45.50% respectively. Through examining the reported data, many problems were found to be corrected. Conclusion The satisfaction rate of this examination is low, and there is a big difference in the technical level of laboratories in CDC of the city. The basic theoretical knowledge and professional abilities of some laboratory staffs need to be improved.
