针对目前卡绳装置承载能力低、卡绳时间长等不足,结合义煤集团千秋煤矿新副井多绳摩擦提升机换绳的实际工况,以现有快速卡绳装置为基础,研制了满足千秋煤矿新副井换绳要求的快速卡绳装置。对卡绳装置关键部件进行有限元分析,得到了内部应力分布规律,进一步优化了结构。为了验证快速卡绳装置的可靠性,在液压试验台上开展试验研究,试验结果满足设计要求;现场应用表明:快速卡绳装置具有承载能力大、卡绳效率高、工作可靠等优点,满足矿井生产高速化、大型化的要求。
