在边界膜温度特性测试仪上、研究了8种常用润滑添加剂对3种轴承合金—45号钢边界膜温度特性的影响。结果表明:添加剂对轴承合金—钢摩擦副的边界膜温度特性的影响比对钢—钢摩擦副的影响更为复杂,本文采用最大摩擦系数(磨斑面积)的温度点与摩擦(磨损)的温度敏感系数结合的原则来评价分析,提出的结论可供相近工况的选材润滑添加剂作参考。
The effects of eight commonly used lubricating additives on the temperature characteristics of the boundary layer of the three kinds of bearing alloy -45 steel were studied on the boundary film temperature characteristics tester. The results show that the effect of additives on the temperature characteristics of the boundary layer of the bearing alloy-steel friction pair is more complicated than that of the steel-steel friction pair. In this paper, the temperature coefficient of the maximum friction coefficient (wear area) Temperature sensitivity coefficient to evaluate the principle of combining the conclusions made available for similar conditions, selection of lubricant additives for reference.
