本文研究了薄试样法 X 射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)测定电解液中的锌、锰、锡、锑和铱.样品被照射的面积(大小和形状)采用熔化地板腊在滤纸上作成隔离圈的办法加以限制,还使用聚乙烯圈代替硼酸片作垫底材料从而改进检出限.本文根据文献公式对所测元素取样量的最大允许量进行了理论计算。实验结果表明,所测元素的相对标准偏差分别为:Zn 2.37%,Mn 2.50%,Sn 4.64%,Sb8.21%和 Ir 4.37%.其中分析 Zn 的取样量已超过理论值,但从实验结果看,在测量范围内仍保持浓度——强度的线性关系.
In this paper, the determination of zinc, manganese, tin, antimony and iridium in electrolyte by thin sample method X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) was used.The area (size and shape) , And the detection limit was also improved by using polyethylene ring instead of boric acid as bottom material.This paper theoretically calculated the maximum allowable amount of sample element according to the literature formula. The experimental results show that the relative standard deviations of the measured elements are Zn 2.37%, Mn 2.50%, Sn 4.64%, Sb 8.21% and Ir 4.37%, respectively.Among them, the amount of Zn analyzed has exceeded the theoretical value, but from the experimental results See, in the measurement range still maintain the concentration - the linear relationship between strength.
