在汽车柔性生产线立体仓库的项目研究开发过程中,为了解决主站PLC与子站SIMOTION C240的异构通信问题,设计了一个以PLC侧选用OPEN IE通信方式和SIMOTION侧选用LCom库通信方式的通信平台,实现了数据在主站与子站之间稳定、可靠地实时传输。现场应用结果表明,所构建的立体仓库通信网络能够满足大量数据实时传输的要求,并且具有良好的开放性和兼容性。
In order to solve the problem of heterogeneous communication between PLC and substation SIMOTION C240 in the process of project research and development of flexible production line of vehicle, a communication was designed with OPEN IE communication mode selected by PLC side and LCom library communication mode selected by SIMOTION side Platform, to achieve a stable and reliable data transfer between the main station and the substation. The field application shows that the constructed three-dimensional warehouse communication network can meet the requirements of real-time transmission of large amounts of data, and has good openness and compatibility.
