80年代中期,工程风险管理被介绍到我国,应用于大型土木工程项目的管理之中,但工程分包风险管理在实践中仍没有规范的专项管理工作,工程分包风险管理制度还不甚完善,其主要原因是工程分包风险识别困难、风险处理手段落后等,这在一定程度上限制了工程分包风险管理在实际工程中的应用,因此加强工程分包风险管理,提高项目的抗风险能力,已成为当务之急。
